We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to champion growth while building strong, sustainable relationships with new and existing customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company trusted by many Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) in Australia's key manufacturing hubs.
About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in identifying new markets, expanding customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in key industry sectors. With support from our experienced team, you'll help shape Bendcraft's market presence while working with clients to deliver precision-engineered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively develop new business, including 2-3 days per week on the road F2F
Grow and manage a portfolio of key accounts with long-term relationship potential
Collaborate with our design, production, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
Analyse market trends and emerging opportunities to shape strategic initiatives
Represent Bendcraft at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and quotes
About You
Proven success in business development, sales, or account management—preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or metal fabrication
Industry knowledge or contacts within the agricultural machinery, automotive, or OEM component sectors is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Results-driven, with a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset
Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
