Contract until 30 June 2026 with extension | Canberra, ACT | Baseline Clearance
Our client is seeking to engage a highly skilled CoPilot and Azure Business Analyst at an APS6 equivalent level. This role is focused on supporting AI-enabled solutions using the Microsoft stack, particularly Azure and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and ensuring the ethical, transparent, and effective delivery of AI services and tools.
You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions that align with the organisation's data governance and responsible AI frameworks.
Required Experience & Capabilities
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within agile environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting AI-enabled solutions within the Microsoft stack (e.g., ML, Copilot, Power Platform).
- Experience defining testable acceptance criteria and evaluation metrics for AI.
- Familiarity with secure/responsible AI principles and compliance (HITL, explainability, bias mitigation).
- Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Miro (or equivalent platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
