System Support Role
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to deliver onsite and remote technical support to our clients.
* Technical skills required include Desktops (Windows OS), Microsoft Office suite, basic printing and Windows server support.
* Able to work effectively with 3rd party vendors as needed.
* Strong understanding of problem management processes.
* Maintain and administer systems to ensure service quality through technical competence and attention to detail.
* High level of customer feedback scores is expected.
This role will involve ensuring adherence to Service Delivery policies, processes and procedures.
Work closely with Senior Consultants and Account Management staff to manage the client base effectively.
Pursue industry certifications and areas of specialisation in IT.
Identify opportunities to develop new services and offerings.
Collaborate with other team members to build new products and develop strategies for increasing efficiency in systems.
