We are looking for a skilled Assistant General Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who has managed teams in a customer-facing environment within the food or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the General Manager in maximizing revenue opportunities and minimizing costs.
* Ensure that the team provides exceptional service to every customer, whether in-store or through delivery.
* Maintain a high standard of product quality and presentation.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and encourage staff to do the same.
* Support the General Manager with recruitment and training processes.
Requirements
* Proven management experience in a customer-facing environment within the food or hospitality industry.
* Familiarity with Food Safety and H&S Level 2 requirements.
* Possess good planning and organizational skills.
* Be customer-focused and passionate about delivering excellent results.
* Be able to manage, motivate, and coach teams effectively.
