**The role**:
Mckenzie Group has over 100 personnel nationwide and our team has worked on some of Australia's most complex and significant construction projects. Our people are ambitious and humble, believing in what they do and convinced that our purpose is shaping a world of trust.

To support these projects we have an opportunity for a Compliance Auditor for our Compliance Management business unit.

Your day to day could include site inspections, audits, contractor and client engagement, delivering appropriate reporting. This role will focus on annual Essential Services Management to ensure that client sites meet national and state regulatory requirements.

You will also have the opportunity to undertake wider compliance management services including due diligence, building audits, strategic asset management and commissioning management. The exposure this role will give you will open a number of different career progression paths, not only within Mackenzie Group but nationally and possibly globally within our parent company Bureau Veritas.

The role will include interstate travel and after hours work on occasions. This position could be located in either Melbourne or Sydney, or surrounds.

**What's needed?**

People who have joined us in the past and believe they have been successful in the role, may have had the following experience:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Formal accreditation as an accredited practitioner for fire safety
- Site based auditing experience such as fire safety systems, essential services or building surveying
- Client account management capabilities
