Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Perth, WA, for an Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property management tasks, including tenant communication, lease administration, coordinating property maintenance, and inspections. The role also entails supporting the Principal Property Manager, handling records and documentation, and providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants. The candidate will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain property standards consistently.

* Experience in Property Management, including lease administration and tenant relations
* Proficiency in record organization, documentation, and compliance with property management regulations
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding client service
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues effectively and professionally
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Familiarity with the Perth real estate market is preferred
