Job Summary:
This is a key role in our organization, responsible for supporting day-to-day program operations in a residential youth care setting.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Case Manager to support and implement program structure and consistency, providing on-floor support to young people each day.
* Coordinate staff inductions for all new employees
* Develop effective rosters to minimize over- and under-utilization of staff
* Assist with recruitment and conduct interviews with potential candidates
* Create weekly house planners and activity structures
* Communicate effectively with all youth workers and Case Managers
* Deliver care, support, and guidance to young people in a trauma-informed manner
* Upline client and stakeholder complaints and incidents promptly
* Manage grocery lists and weekly shopping
* Support staff through reflective supervision and guidance
* Compile and review staff feedback and performance issues
Requirements:
