**Your new role** 
**As a Rostering Officer, you’ll provide “point of call” rostering services to assist and plan rosters in relation to participant needs. This role will ensure employee and participant rosters are maintained to the legal standard using modern software. 
You will aid in: 
- Handling, planning, and managing shifts/rosters for all participants and support workers 
- Identify and communicate rostering gaps and offer recommendations 
- Assist in ad hoc duties consistent with skills and experience 
- Ensure fair and efficient rosters in line with relevant legislation 
**What you'll need to succeed*** 
Along with your strong previous work history you’ll also have: 
- Previous experience in a fast-paced workplace 
- A highly strategic approach to your work 
- Capacity to work flexibly and manage tasks 
- A proactive and forward-thinking nature 
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal) and a keen eye for detail 
- Knowledge of Software systems Skedulo/Lumary/Salesforce will be highly regarded.
