Come join our team of Behaviour Support Practitioners who are passionate about our

work and kicking goals to improve the Quality of Lives of the people we support. We're a

team of professionals who nerd out to all conversations around behaviour – if you're

familiar with the terms neuroaffirming, interoception & functions of behaviour you may

be our perfect match (although not essential, as you will learn the lingo pretty quickly).

We're a small team of 13 growing steadily and looking for someone to help steer our ship

in relation to our online presence, socials and visuals.

The role may grow (or a team to support added) as we expand and is currently advertised as a part-time position. We would love someone local who can join us at the office for coffee while we collaborate

and work on occasions, while also having the option to work flexibly at a time that suits

you from home.

Social Media Content Creation

● Plan, create, and schedule content across various social media platforms (with support

of our team) using Facebook, Instagram, Linked in & mail chimp

● Execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness, and track

their efficiency

● Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise strategies.

Graphic Design/Merchandising

● Design eye-catching graphics for social media, events, presentations, and digital

platforms

● Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials

● Collaborate with internal stakeholders for creative input and feedback

● Design visual supports suitable for others with complex communication needs

Website Maintenance

● Update website content regularly, including resources, blogs, banners, and information

updates, using the Wix platform

● Improve SEO

Marketing Campaigns

● Assist in planning, organising, and executing marketing events and promotional activities

● Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and on-site support

● Capture photos and videos during events for post-event marketing

Client & and Community Communications

 Ensure Mail Chimp is kept up to date with contacts

 Monitor subscriptions

 Content and copy writing to communicate updates with the community and with clients

Experience with the following platforms is desirable:

-Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn in

-Mail Chimp

-Canva

About the Role:

Qualifications & Skills:

* Competency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Wix
* Tertiary Degree in Copy Writing, Communications or similar.
