Part-Time Resort Administration Assistant (3 Days per Week)
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Part-Time Resort Administration Assistant to support the Resort Manager and wider leadership team in the smooth day-to-day operation of our resort.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment and takes pride in providing efficient administrative support behind the scenes to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with department heads, you will play an important role in supporting resort operations and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Resort Manager and resort leadership team
* Assist department heads with day-to-day administrative and operational requirements
* Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal communications
* Ensure a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail at all times
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or a service-focused environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident use of Microsoft Office and administrative systems; experience with property management systems is an advantage
* A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
* Ability to work independently while being a supportive and reliable team member
