Executive Leadership Opportunity
The role of Chief Operating Officer requires a seasoned executive to lead diverse teams, drive operations and project delivery, and foster a transparent culture.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Operations & Project Delivery: Oversight of engineering, design, project management, production, procurement, and warehousing processes.
* Project Financials: Strategic cost control, timely delivery, and margin preservation across projects ranging from $0.5M to $10M+
* Systems & Processes: Implementation of best practices and operational platforms to enhance efficiency.
* Team Leadership: Management of 5-7 functional leads across engineering, production, projects, procurement, and finance.
* Culture Stewardship: Preservation of our merit-based, self-policing culture and promotion of open communication.
