As our Operational Resilience Manager you’ll lead the development and oversight of our Business Continuity Management (BCM) program ensuring we’re prepared for disruption and compliant with regulatory obligations including CPS 230.
This role is all about leading the development and execution of our Business Continuity Management (BCM) program aligning with CPS 230 and other regulatory requirements. You’ll design and run crisis simulations guide continuity planning and collaborate across teams to embed resilience into everything we do.
You’ll work closely with Risk Compliance IT and senior leaders to ensure our resilience strategies are integrated effective and future-ready. From policy development to executive-level crisis exercises you’ll be the go-to expert for operational resilience across the Group.
This role will be advertised across Hobart Bundaberg and Brisbane.
We’re looking for someone who
- Has at least five years experience in operational resilience risk management or business continuity.
- Brings strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks especially CPS 230.
- Is confident designing and leading crisis simulations and continuity testing.
- Has excellent communication skills and can engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Is proactive organised and comfortable working independently.
- Holds relevant tertiary qualifications in risk resilience or a related field.
- Has experience in banking finance or a similar regulated industry.
