Are you passionate about helping older Australians live independently in their own homes? We are currently seekingPersonal Care Workers to support clients aged 65+ in the Ballina area.

About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide in-home support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Many of our clients value support from carers who can communicate in Hindi, making language skills highly desirable for this role.
Your day may include:
* Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
* Personal care (showering, toileting, medication support)
* Social support and companionship
* Transport to appointments, shopping, and community activities
Every shift is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively impact clients' lives.
To be considered, you must have:
* Current Australian Driver's Licence with a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle
* Minimum 6 months paid experience in an aged care role
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
* Smartphone with internet access
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Hindi language skills are highly regarded and encouraged.
