Who we are looking for

* Degree or formal qualification in Property, Real Estate, Business, Finance or a related discipline (desirable).
* Advanced Excel capability and experience working with bulk data.
* Strong knowledge of lease documentation and legal/commercial property records.
* Background in roles such as assistant property manager, lease administrator, lease analyst, property analyst or similar is preferred.
* Exposure to property systems (MRI preferred).

The Role

As Data Quality Assurance Manager, you will support portfolio transitions by ensuring property and lease data is accurately captured, validated and maintained in Knight Frank systems. Working closely with the Transition Director, you will review and audit lease data across new and existing portfolios, identifying discrepancies against legal documentation and supporting system onboarding and migrations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead lease audit activities, checking that property system data accurately matches lease documents.
* Review lease documents, extract key details and confirm important terms and obligations are correctly recorded.
* Analyse large volumes of lease and property data in Excel, identifying errors, exceptions and data quality issues.
* Support transition and onboarding projects, including data migration, system setup and portfolio uploads.
* Work with internal teams to review AI generated outputs, resolve data issues and improve the quality and reliability of property data.
