Are you an experienced IT professional looking to contribute to a high-profile, mission-critical environment? This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing our client's IT infrastructure, including cloud services, unified communications, networks, servers and security systems
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, Active Directory, Intune, VMware and SAN environments.
* Ensure system continuity, backup and disaster recovery (DR/BCP) processes.
* Maintain infrastructure security compliance and adhere to ISO 27001 and ITIL standards.
* Contribute to IT project planning, change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure system reliability and performance.
* Maintain comprehensive system documentation and quality assurance processes.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* ITIL and Microsoft certifications with strong experience in complex IT environments.
* Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, VMware and SAN administration.
* Experience supporting WAN/LAN networks and maintaining secure IT systems.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* A strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working within ISO 27001 and/or ITIL Service Management frameworks.
* Clear and professional communication
