Steelrod is an Australian owned Company located at Narangba, Northside of Brisbane with a reputation based on manufacturing a wide range of components mostly for the railway and mining industries.
Steelrod requires the services of a second class welder, 38 hour per week position with overtime as required. Full Time, immediate start available.
Skills and Qualifications
* Pulse MIG welding experience
* Welding mainly 8mm and 10mm fillets
* Elements of repetitive jig work
* All welding and protective equipment provided
* Understanding of OH&S policies and procedures
* Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
* Reliable and honest work ethic
* Punctual and Hardworking
* Motivated
* Own Transport
* Remuneration will be based on experience and performance.
