Job Title: Customer Service Liaison
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our multidisciplinary team in the Medical Oncology Department at Townsville University Hospital.
This is a temporary part-time position, up to 12 months, working 45.6 hours per fortnight. The role has the possibility of an additional 12-month extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* To deliver exceptional person-centred customer service to patients, their families and the public.
* To work collaboratively as a member of the administrative team and provide quality support to deliver a high standard of organisational and patient-focused outcomes.
Requirements:
* Immunisations: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
