About the Role
You will manage a residential portfolio end to end, with direct access to the Director for support and decision making. The business has clear processes in place, a collaborative team environment, and a focus on long term relationships with rental providers and renters.
This is a hands on role where you will be trusted to manage your portfolio while being backed by structure, systems, and leadership that want you to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* End to end management of a residential property portfolio
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance, including liaising with contractors
* Managing rent collection, arrears, and follow ups
* Conducting routine inspections, condition reports, and final inspections
* Managing lease renewals and rental reviews
* Ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation
* Handling enquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation within property management systems
* Working closely with the Director and wider team to ensure smooth operations
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management
* Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident managing a portfolio independently
* Professional, calm, and solutions focused approach
* Current Certificate of Registration or equivalent
* Full Australian working rights
