About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our boarders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional pastoral care and supervision to boarders.
* Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes social inclusion and diversity.
* Embodies the values and ethos of our organisation as a House Supervisor.
This role involves approximately 36 hours of work per fortnight on a rotating roster, mostly evening and weekend shifts. Meals are provided during supervision. Some out-of-hours work may be required for special events or term commencements.
Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work, Education or related field.
* Experience working with children and young people.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
