Delivering exceptional guest experiences is at the core of our operations. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Rooms & Guest Services team, responsible for processing guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing all guest transactions, securing payment, and activating/reissuing room keys.
* Providing consistent outstanding guest experience in everything that you do.
* Anticipating guests' service needs by asking questions and watching/listening to guest preferences.
* Maintaining customer loyalty through innovative issue resolution and attention to detail.
* Processing room service orders and answering menu selection questions.
Requirements for this role include:
* At least 2 years of customer service experience as a Guest Service Agent.
* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong follow-up, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to emotionally connect with guests and provide superior levels of service.
* Conflict resolution experience.
* Flexibility to work on a 24-hour rotating roster including public holidays and weekends.
