About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled administration assistant. Your primary focus will be on managing reception and working closely with our Regional Manager to undertake administrative tasks, including CRM maintenance and general accounts processing.
You will be required to work proactively, autonomously, and meet deadlines while maintaining strong administration skills and prior experience in an office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel and Word, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage reception and provide exceptional customer service
* Undertake administrative tasks, including CRM maintenance and general accounts processing
* Work proactively and autonomously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards
* Demonstrate strong administration skills and prior experience in an office environment
* Show proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel and Word
Requirements:

* Competent in Microsoft products, especially Excel and Word
* Experience in using a CRM and/or MYOB is highly desirable
