You will champion best‑practice, outcomes‑focused service models that are well resourced, sustainable, and responsive to the changing needs of the community.

You’ll bring deep expertise, a collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to inclusion. You’ll balance strategic foresight with operational excellence, lead with empathy and create the conditions where accountability, learning and continuous improvement are part of everyday practice.

At YWCA, we believe a safe and secure home can change a life. If you are a bold, purpose‑driven leader ready to make an impact, this is your place to create lasting change as part of a supportive, values‑led team that learns and grows together.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

* care about gender equity, impact and meaningful change
* enjoy coaching and developing others
* thrive in strategic and future focused work
* want to help shape a dynamic, growing organisation
* appreciate flexibility, including national opportunities

Don’t meet every single requirement? At YWCA Australia we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace. If this role speaks to you but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly, we encourage you to apply anyway.
