Are you a creative leader and strategic problem solver looking for a new challenge? As a Store Experience Manager, you will lead your team to deliver clear and innovative global store campaigns, enabling the retail and visual merchandising teams to deliver a cohesive brand vision and elevate stores.
You will work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams to bring ideas to life with 3D and experiential concepts that support and elevate our product range each month. You will continuously review store operations/processes and seek feedback from retail teams to ensure they are equipped with the resources they need to trade and create the best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement global store campaigns to drive sales and engagement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand experiences
* Lead and manage a team of store experience professionals
* Conduct regular store visits to review operations and provide feedback
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
* Relevant degree/qualification or experience in a relevant field (VM, Design, spatial or retail design)
* Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and present to leadership teams using Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a concise and collaborative way
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
