You'll play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of our distribution network, supporting the energy needs of remote and regional communities. ****What You'll Do******
* Lead a high-performing regional team to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient asset operations.
* Oversee commissioning, maintenance, and quality assurance of infrastructure projects.
* Monitor asset performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
* Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external contractors.
* Ensure operations are safe, cost-effective, and aligned with budget and strategy.
***What You'll Bring***
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant tertiary qualification;
* OR a strong electrical trade background with a related tertiary qualification.
* Proven leadership experience in managing distribution assets.
* Technical expertise in fault finding, commissioning, and performance monitoring.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of WA's regulatory environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
