Your new role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will lead subcontractors on site, coordinate trades, oversee scheduling, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements. This role will see you working across a range of projects, from mid-sized industrial builds through to commercial developments, giving you exposure to varied and interesting work.
What you will need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial and/or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, WHS requirements, and site coordination
- Ability to lead subcontractors and build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A trade background or relevant qualifications will be highly regarded
