What You’ll Do
As a Project Director/Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping delivery strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving business growth, leveraging both successful project delivery and contributing to future bidding opportunities. Your ability to build strong relationships, prioritise safety, and implement innovative, operational solutions will be key to ensuring sustainable, high-quality outcomes for our clients. What We’re Looking For
* Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, finance, or related disciplines.
* Proven experience leading the delivery of complex capital projects within a partner delivery model.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to review and provide reports and forecasts to ensure positive, sustainable outcomes and reinforce value for our customers.
* A critical thinker who challenges the status quo to solve problems, increase revenue, improve margins, and gain a competitive advantage.
