We are seeking a polished, confident, and commercially minded Luxury Automotive Sales & Relationship Executive who can engage seamlessly with private luxury clients, commercial partners, and performance enthusiasts.
About the Role
This is a dynamic position that blends luxury automotive sales with broader commercial responsibilities, including:
* Managing and nurturing relationships with private buyers and commercial clients
* Selling performance and aesthetic upgrades such as tuning, exhaust systems, carbon packages, wrap, PPF and more
* Facilitating insurance‑related repair jobs and liaising with insurers
* Advising clients on European vehicles and customisation options
* Delivering a concierge‑style ownership experience
You will work closely with a curated range of high‑end vehicles; Mercedes‑Benz/AMG, Porsche, BMW, Audi, Ferrari, and other prestige vehicles — in a boutique environment where quality, presentation and professionalism are paramount.
No two days are the same. You'll balance sales, client management, service oversight, and upgrade consultations with a high level of autonomy and trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct sales appointments, inspections, and test drives
* Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and referral networks
* Quote and manage insurance repair work (bodywork, mechanical jobs)
* Promote and sell performance and aesthetic upgrades and enhancements
* Provide expert product knowledge and tailored advice
* Oversee service and workshop coordination
* Maintain impeccable presentation standards across showroom and stock
* Represent DB Motors with professionalism, discretion, and class
Who We're Looking For
* Experience in automotive sales, luxury retail, real estate, or high‑end customer service
* Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clientele
* Ability to build strong relationships with insurers, commercial partners, and repeat clients
* Technical interest or understanding of European vehicles and performance upgrades
* Excellent negotiation skills and customer‑first mindset
* Immaculate presentation, proactive mindset, and a high level of professionalism
* Consistently delivers high‑quality results and works effectively independently while maintaining accountability
