Job Opportunity: Sales Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our sales team as an administrative assistant. This role will involve providing comprehensive support to the National Sales Manager and the Leadership Team.
About the Role:
* Administrative tasks including meeting arrangements, minute preparation, agenda setting, and report generation.
* Processing of purchase orders and invoicing, as well as corporate expenses and approval organization.
* Information management involving file collection and maintenance, correspondence, and project files for easy retrieval.
* Providing a welcoming interface between the team and key stakeholders.
* Maintenance of systems, procedures, and controls.
About You:
* Prior experience in an administrative support role within a fast-paced team environment.
* High level of organization, initiative, and proactive approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite skills and experience using SAP system is preferred.
* Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality outcomes.
* Approachable and flexible demeanor.
