The Position
Title: Complex Care Physiotherapy
Department : IPAC
Classification: Grade 2
Hours per fortnight: 48
Status: Permanent part time
Applications are sought from suitably qualified Physiotherapists to work in the IPAC Department at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include:
1. providing support to clients and managing a heart failure group
2. case management of clients with chronic disease
3. development of health action plans
4. management of a clinical caseload and delivering expert physiotherapy assessments
Our team requires someone who has:
5. Qualifications in physiotherapy
6. Proven experience of the independent management of a clinical case load
7. High-level awareness of chronic disease management
8. Strong leadership skills in a multidisciplinary team
This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working With Children Check and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment. In addition, this position requires evidence of vaccination status for COVID-19.
