THE OPPORTUNITY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with key business decision-makers across various industries
* Proactively engaging decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges
* Effectively communicating the breadth and depth of business tax services
* Demonstrating how services offered align with their organizational goals and objectives
* Providing tailored solutions and strategies to address their specific tax-related concerns
* Continuously assessing and adapting our approach to meet evolving client needs and industry trends
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize client satisfaction
* Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
* Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance on tax-related matters to support their long-term success
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
* University degree required
* Minimum 5 years relevant business tax experience
* CPA/CA or relevant certification preferred
* Strong supervisory, analytical, organisational, and leadership skills essential
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex and sizable assignments
* Commitment to learning in a tax technology environment
* Proficiency in spoken and written English required
