Role Overview
The Territory Revenue Office is seeking a skilled eLearning Developer to join the RevConnect project team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of up to 20 eLearning modules aimed at both internal staff and external taxpayers.
Your mission is to transform the complex processes of our new tax revenue system into high-quality, user-friendly digital training that drives system adoption and user confidence.
Scope of Work
As the lead developer for this project, your responsibilities will include:
* Module Development: Design and develop up to 20 eLearning videos and interactive modules.
* External Training: Create high-quality, modern visual overviews of key functions for external taxpayers.
* Internal Training: Build interactive "practice-mode" modules for staff, including assessments, compatible with the NT Government's Moodle-based LMS.
* Content Strategy: Define standards and guidelines for ongoing content management and future version control.
* Knowledge Transfer: Mentor the RevConnect change management team on editing and managing online training assets.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Organisational Change Manager to ensure all content aligns with the broader project strategy.
Essential Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:
* Software Mastery: Expert-level experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Moodle LMS, HTML5, CSS, and WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
* Instructional Design: Proven experience in designing user interactions, responsive design, and managing complex online help systems.
* Document Control: A strong ability to establish version control standards and maintain training support materials.
* Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex legislative or technical concepts into simple, easy-to-follow language.
Key Deliverables
* Work Plan: A detailed timeline, activity list, and risk/blocker assessment (due within 5 days of commencement).
* eLearning Suite: Up to 20 modules delivered in the format and duration agreed upon with the Change Manager.
* Support Documentation: Comprehensive training materials and a maintenance framework for future updates.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
