Control Room Operator (Security Guard)
Location
Sydney, Australia
Hours
12-hour shifts, totaling 48 hours per week (Roster to be confirmed). Expected hours: 45-55 per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage control room operations with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain clear and effective communication via phone and radio systems.
- Compile accurate and detailed reports to uphold security standards.
- Extend a warm welcome to guests, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Foster strong relationships with both guests and management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in security roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Current First Aid certification.
- Security License (SL).
- Hotel Security experience: 1 year (required).
