Control Room Operator (Security Guard)

12-hour shifts, totaling 48 hours per week (Roster to be confirmed). Expected hours: 45-55 per week.

• Manage control room operations with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain clear and effective communication via phone and radio systems.
• Compile accurate and detailed reports to uphold security standards.
• Extend a warm welcome to guests, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Foster strong relationships with both guests and management.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in security roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Security License (SL).
• Hotel Security experience: 1 year (required).
