Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide high-quality administrative support to a senior executive.

This role includes office administration, complex diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and electronic filing systems.

* Administrative Support: Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, show initiative, and maintain confidentiality.
* Team Experience: Supporting a team with finance, HR, and travel responsibilities.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Attention to Detail: Managing records, discretion with confidential information, and experience in filing systems.
* Meeting Support: Preparing briefing documents, agendas, and taking minutes.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Providing administrative support to the senior executive
2. Managing complex diary and calendar systems
3. Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
4. Preparing meeting materials and taking minutes
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Previous administrative experience
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
