About the Opportunity

As a Customer Care Concierge within Scheduling, you will coordinate in-home, clinical (nursing), and allied health services to ensure customers receive care within agreed timeframes.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer and internal stakeholder enquiries, and schedule, adjust, or reallocate services in response to operational needs.

Working closely with Care Partners, nursing, allied health, and frontline teams, you will support continuity of care and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role requires accuracy, strong time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities while problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

About You

You are a customer-focused professional who brings structure and clarity to scheduling and coordination tasks. You communicate clearly, build positive relationships, and balance operational requirements with empathy and care.

You have strong organisational and problem-solving skills and are confident managing changing priorities, unplanned leave, and same-day service requests while maintaining accurate schedules.

You work well in a team environment, value collaboration, and are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for customers, families, and colleagues.

* Previous experience in a customer service, scheduling, rostering or reception-based role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Sound experience using Microsoft Office and digital scheduling systems
* National Police Check
* Driver's licence
* Certificate III or IV in Customer Engagement or a related field
* Experience scheduling home care, clinical or allied health services
* Experience working in aged care, health, or community services environments
