Our Allied Health Hub brings together a warm, collaborative team of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, PBS Practitioners, Allied Health Assistants and Admin staff — all committed to improving quality of life, independence, and connection.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a capable, supportive Allied Health Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team and help shape the next chapter of Engedi’s Allied Health services.

About the Role

As one of two Allied Health Managers, you’ll provide leadership across daily operations, team culture, service quality and participant experience within our vibrant Allied Health Hub. This is a rewarding, hands‑on leadership role where you’ll:

· Lead and mentor part of a multidisciplinary team (OT, Speech, Physio, PBS, AH Assistants, Admin)

· Champion excellence in clinical practice and NDIS compliance

· Oversee caseload allocation, workflows, and service capacity

· Promote a positive, supportive, growth‑focused culture

· Build strong relationships with participants, families, Support Coordinators and community partners

· Contribute to service planning, innovation, and organisational strategy

About You

You’re a natural people‑leader with a passion for allied health and disability support. You build trust easily, communicate with clarity, and empower others to be their best.

You will bring:

· A qualification in an allied health discipline (OT, Speech, Physio, PBS or related)

· Registration with your relevant professional body

· Experience leading a clinical or multidisciplinary team

· Strong understanding of the NDIS, person‑centred practice and safeguarding

· Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills

· A genuine desire to support your team and participants to thrive

· Tertiary degree level qualification – such as Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or similar)

Highly Desirable:

· High capability level (Proficient, Advance or Specialist) practitioner deemed suitable under NDIS Behaviour Support Framework to provide professional and clinical supervision for behaviour support practitioners.
