We are hiring experienced bar staff to work at the most spectacular mainland resort and restaurant/bar in Tropical North Queensland; The Elandra at Mission Beach.
Commanding a spectacular clifftop location perched above the mesmerising Coral Sea, the resort presents unhindered and breathtaking views of nearby Dunk, Bedarra, Hinchinbrook and the surrounding Family Group of Islands; with the Great Barrier Reef glistening on the horizon.
Hidden amongst 6 hectares of private tropical rainforest, The Elandra offers an experience of pure barefoot luxury. Serving as a haven of relaxation, it's exclusively designed for extravagant getaways, intimate events and epicurean delights.
Offering 20 boutique designer resort rooms, an amazing open-terrace tropical restaurant and bar, and one of the most spectacular pool decks in Australia, The Elandra offers a private tropical escape or spectacular event venue like no other.
We are now expanding our bar and restaurant team and have an amazing opportunity for talented hospitality professionals to join the group.
The Restaurant & Bar
The restaurant and bar are the heart and soul of Elandra. Offering mesmerizing ocean views from the newly renovated alfresco dining area and iconic circular bar, guests will enjoy world-class cuisine from a talented team of chefs, tropical cocktails around the pool deck, freshly made barista coffee overlooking the Coral Sea and some of the coldest tap beer in North Queensland…

The venue is seeking Bar Staff to work in our busy venue.
We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals with the following skills:
* Must have relevant experience - this is a busy high energy role for experienced candidates only
* An extremely high level of cocktail making skills are essential for this role
* Current RSA
* Must be available to work weekends
* Strong work ethic
* Cocktail and barista skills essential
* An ability to work in a team
