What You’ll Do
As an independent contractor, you’ll provide non-medical support, such as:
✅ Companionship & Social outings (movies, concerts, fishing, etc.)
✅ Skill training (e.g., using public transport)
✅ Meal prep & light exercise (walking, stretching)
✅ Help with errands, appointments & transport
✅ Light cleaning & gardening

What You Need
Requirements for the role may vary based on what type of support services you would like to provide.
✅ The right to work in Australia + 100 points of ID
✅ Australian Business Number (ABN)
✅ Covid-19 double vaccination or exemption
✅ 3 references & COVID-19 Infection Control training
✅ NDISWC, Police Check or both
- Additional checks may be required for certain clients (e.g. WWCC, Cert III or IV, Transport, First Aid etc.)
What You Can Expect
✅ Earn $46-$81 p/hour
- $46-$63 p/hour for 1:1 support
- $50-$67 p/hour for 1:1 personal care support
- $54-$75 p/hour for 1:2 support
- $56-$81 p/hour for 1:3 support
- Overnight shifts available ($227 for 10 hours, including 2 active hours)
