Accounts & Administration Assistant
This varied position is a key support role across our office.
The role will entail processing and reconciling accounts, drawing cheques, daily and monthly reports along with interacting with clients and visitors to the office by phone and in-person to deliver high levels of service. You will also be responsible for providing assistance to other members of the team to cover periods of leave and busy times.
The environment is one which requires high levels of accuracy, professionalism and the ability to prioritise in accordance with deadlines.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with previous experience in accounts. An understanding of the legal profession and experience with Trust Accounts is preferred, but not essential.
Ideally, you will bring:
* Accurate data entry skills including financial/accounts processing
* A great eye for detail
* A positive, professional and flexible approach to your work in a small team environment
* Excellent written & oral communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft packages including Word and Outlook
The ideal candidate will have a 'can do' attitude and be flexible as required to support other lawyers and other tasks as required by the Firm.
