Job Title: Joint Venture Administrator
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this role in a critical industry.
The Position:
This is a high-level administrative position that will play a key part in ensuring the successful operation of joint venture partnerships.
* Ensure all parties fulfill their obligations as outlined in the Joint Operating Agreement.
* Liaise with technical teams to guarantee Company compliance with JOA requirements.
* Follow up on all matters under discussion amongst joint venture partners.
* Organize logistics for meetings and site visits.
* Liaise with technical teams to prepare and organize the Joint Venture process for approving work programs and budgets.
* Liaise with technical and finance teams to review monthly Joint Venture reports.
* Submit additional budget requests in a timely manner.
* Follow up on correspondences with and from partners.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in complex joint ventures in mining/oil & gas industries.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
* A certificate in Business Administration or equivalent.
