About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Support Operations Associate.
">
As a Support Operations Associate, you will provide critical support to our claims teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experiences.
">
Key Responsibilities:
">
">
1. Provide administrative support to claims teams, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders;
">
2. Contact providers and customers via phone for clarification and follow-up on reports, payment details, invoices, cheques, overpayments, and recovery payments;
">
3. Review duplicate claims, duplicate payments, unpresented cheques, and create and update vendors;
">
4. Maintain claim file notes by entering actions undertaken into the claims system, as directed;
">
5. Provide additional assistance within the team and business unit to support the achievement of team goals, as requested by Team Leader, Manager, or Senior Manager;
">
6. Effectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction;
">
7. Arrange and coordinate appointments, including travel and accommodation, as needed for Injured Workers;
">
8. Manage phone enquiries, take new claim lodgements, and take messages as required.
">

Requirements:

9. Strong computer skills;

10. Strong attention to detail and time management skills;

11. Ability to work independently and within a diverse team;

12. Effective verbal communication skills;

13. Previous data entry experience.
