15th August, 2025
Are you passionate about quality, strategy, and leadership?
MSWA is seeking a dynamic Test Lead to champion testing excellence across our transformation projects and process improvement initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll craft and implement robust test strategies, lead and mentor testing teams, and ensure our software meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
A Day in the Life: Test Lead @ MSWA
Start your day by aligning with cross-functional teams, setting priorities, and guiding testing efforts across transformation and improvement projects. You're not just managing tasks—you're shaping strategy and driving quality outcomes.
Midday, you're hands-on: refining test plans, developing cases, and executing tests that ensure our software meets the highest standards. You collaborate with stakeholders, manage defects, and lead triage discussions to keep everything running smoothly.
Afternoon brings opportunities to mentor teams, run workshops, and explore automation to boost efficiency. You wrap up by reporting progress, updating documentation, and celebrating wins—big and small.
At MSWA, every day is a chance to lead with purpose, innovate with impact, and build a culture of quality.
If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and thrive in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Rivervale location.
Our 'must' haves:
* 5 or more years' experience in a Test/Quality Assurance Lead role (or similar) on large programs of change with a hybrid agile delivery approach in a medium to large organisation.
* 3 or more years' experience working within business transformation, ideally in a lead position.
* Demonstrated experience in the Software Testing life Cycle.
* History of working with external partners / system integrators and teams to deliver successful outcomes.
* Experience in test automation and associated software e.g. Selenium
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence diverse audiences e.g. business leaders, business teams and technical teams.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate cross functional teams.
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
