Job Title
We are seeking a detail-focused professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the reputation and credibility of the Human Resources function through quality customer service and timely advice to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and accurate advice to internal leadership stakeholders and employees.
* Respond to customer inquiries with a high degree of accuracy within agreed timeframes.
* Ensure all HR transactions are executed accurately in the HRIS system.
* Build business relationships with key stakeholders, understanding individual business needs.
Duties and Tasks
* Complete transactional tasks for employee lifecycle processes, including contract review and approval, creation of contracts and letters, and processing into Success Factors.
* Provide accurate and timely advice to employees on company processes, responding to queries through various channels.
* Participate in cross-entity employee onboarding and exit processes as required.
* Prepare and generate employee change of conditions workflows through Success Factors and documentation through DocuSign.
* Maintain accuracy of information in Success Factors and contribute to system improvement through feedback.
* Provide accurate and timely information to Payroll through SuccessFactors for internal hires and changes.
* Maintain a high attention to detail in creating and maintaining new positions in Success Factors.
* Assist with additional Human Resource activities, such as data cleansing and global mobility support.
Requirements
* Minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience in a HR shared services environment is highly regarded.
* Good working knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relations.
* Basic understanding of the organization, projects, and workforce skillsets across the Perenti group of companies.
