About The Role
This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager. You will receive the training and skills required to eventually transition into a Customer Service Management role with us. You will be trained in areas such as people management, generating rosters, completing orders, stocktaking, and much more. As part of an enthusiastic team, you will demonstrate:
* POS knowledge is preferred but not essential
* Ability and openness to learn new skills
* Passion and enthusiasm with a very 'hands-on' approach
