Job Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine leadership skills with purpose-driven work that drives real change. As a Areas Manager, you will lead a network of retail stores across Northern Territory and far-north Queensland.
You will play a key part in empowering store teams, driving business results, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspire and develop a team of Store Managers, paid staff, and volunteers.
* Collaborate with senior management to align area performance with organisational goals.
* Drive business growth through sales, surplus, safety, and service excellence.
* Champion operational efficiency, merchandising standards, and a culture of excellence.
* Analyse business reports to inform strategic decision-making.
* Manage new store openings, refurbishments, and transitions.
* Recruit and retain top talent across all locations.
About You
* Demonstrated success in multi-site retail leadership.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence with business analysis.
* A hands-on approach and commitment to community impact.

* Prior experience in retail management or a related field (desired).
* Valid driver's licence (essential).
