Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the State VM Manager, you will maintain visual merchandising standards within a region of Mimco boutique and David Jones concepts in line with the brand vision. This is a rare chance for a highly creative and proactive individuals to impact the performance of our stores. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective installation of windows and in store displays in line with current VM guidelines and brand vision to maximise sales
- Ensure all stores within the region achieve and maintain visual merchandising standards at all times in line with VM guidelines
- Awareness of fashion trends and ideas as well as an excellent understanding and knowledge of the current season range
- Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures
- Enthusiasm for our brand with a fresh vibrancy that is honest and heartfelt
- Holds a current drivers licence and be able to travel between stores as required
- Proven experience within a comparable VM role, apparel experience required
- Strong attention to detail, communication and time management skills
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
