Experience Ambassador
This role empowers participants throughout their journey with our flagship peer-to-peer fundraising challenge, ensuring they feel supported, motivated, and prepared from sign-up to completion.
* Contact new participants within 24-48 hours of signing up to explain the challenge and what to expect.
* Conduct regular check-ins to boost fundraising and answer questions.
* Identify participants who require additional support, providing training on mental health topics and response protocols.
Necessary Skills:
* At least 2 years of customer service experience, including outbound calling and proactive engagement.
* Emotionally intelligent and supportive.
* Comfortable making 20-40 calls per day.
Work Setting:
* A part-time position (4 days/week) in a professional office environment.
