Mobile Market Australasia Pty Ltd is hiring a Full-time Retail Sales Manager for Stanhope Gardens, NSW. The successful candidate will oversee store operations, lead a team, drive sales, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
Location and Compensation
Location: 55/2 Sentry Dr, Stanhope Gardens NSW 2768
Salary: $78,000 plus 12% superannuation
Flexible hours available
Responsibilities
Lead and manage complete store operations
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff to ensure high performance
Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries and complaints promptly
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels
Implement and oversee visual merchandising standards
Drive sales and profitability through effective planning and goal setting
Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep staff informed and motivated
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Undertake budgeting activity and devise strategy with owner
Minimum Requirements
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in the relevant field and 3+ years' experience in a mobile store or similar role
Other Key Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role within the telecommunications or related industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance
Proficient in using retail management software and MS Office
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
A passion for technology and telecommunications
A daily focus on "drive the sales, lift the KPIs and customer centricity"
