A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering, and construction firm is currently seeking a Project Accountant to help streamline operations at their Charlotte, NC office. You will oversee office systems, manage staff, and ensure efficiency in day-to-day activities.
Your Day Includes
- Oversee project accounting and manage client billing and contact
- Maintain office efficiency by implementing systems and procedures
- Ensure structured, timely execution of tasks and adherence to directions
- Oversee administrative staff to maintain smooth office operations
- Issuing invoices, purchase orders, and processing bills for consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Must Haves
- Proven experience in project accounting or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, Deltek, and knowledge of the architectural/engineering/construction industry
- Experience in client billing, client contact, and event planning
