The ideal candidate will have:
* Prior experience working in dental
* A Certificate III in Dental Assisting would be highly regarded
* The ability to warmly greet and meet patients, handle incoming and outgoing calls, process accounts and co-manage the appointment book
* The ability to provide chair side assistance and a willingness to assist with sterilization processing, room changeovers and restocking as required
* An energetic approach to keep pace with our passionate team
* A passion for the dental industry and patient care
* Possess high empathy and a patient centric approach
* Be able to handle pressure and multi-task
* A warm friendly personality and build relationships easily
* Open to coaching and adaptable to ensure smooth operations throughout the day

* Casual position working:
o Monday: 8:30am to 7:15pm
o Tuesday: 8:30am to 5:45pm
o Wednesday: 8:30am to 5:45pm
o Thursday: 8:30am to 5:45pm
