Enerline Construction is seeking a full-time legend in Marketing & Sales to join our team in Port Augusta, SA.
The Business:
Enerline is in its eighth year and brings quality and value to building projects across our region. Enerline supports unique brands such as Wide Span Sheds and G.J Gardner Homes in Port Augusta, Whyalla, Port Pirie, Upper Yorke Peninsula and throughout the Flinders and Far North.
With a strong pipeline of projects the business is re-branding. This role presents as a unique opportunity to make your mark in the local trades industry.
The Position (Marketing & Sales):
The position will commence with development and application of modern marketing and popular media. The position will deploy and manage strategies to showcase our projects and generate leads for home and business improvements, renovations, new builds and other lifestyle products.
The role will develop to focus on sales management by nurturing leads, providing product guidance and tailoring proposals to ensure a premium customer experience. The role extends throughout the building process by supporting design and admin functions in planning and construction.
About You:
While proven sales experience is preferable, the successful person will accept the challenge of business re-branding, developing processes, presenting consistently well and showing a strong interest in the business behind building.
Working alongside the owner, you will take charge of all sales functions, develop the role and KPIs, and be the focal point of the company. You will have excellent time management, the ability to maintain a strict calendar and be strong in IT and adaptable to software based management tools.
Paramount to the role is a hard working attitude, a curious nature and an enthusiasm for helping people achieve their building goals.
